Hope Street Apartments is located a 2 minute walk up the hill from Dunedin Palms Motel. It has the same staff, same owners but is an entirely separate company.

Hope Street Apartments offers homely studio apartments all with heatpumps, seating areas, bathrooms, kitchenettes and access to a communal laundry, balcony and full kitchen. Less than a 5 minute walk to locals cafes and shops and a 10 minute walk to the Octagon it is the perfect location for those wanting to be in the heart of the city.

All apartments have a 2 night minimum stay with a mid-week service for those staying 7 nights or longer. Bookings can be made via Booking.com or by contacting us at Hopestreetapartments@gmail.com (Please note direct bookings need to be paid via direct credit 24 hours prior to check-in).

Sea Breese Sanctuary is located in Karitane just 30kms from Dunedin City Centre. Less than five minutes’ walk from the beach, this cosy family friendly, three-bedroom holiday home has all the essentials you need for a fun and relaxing stay.

Spend your days catching some waves and soaking up the summer sun, then later back at Sea Breeze Sanctuary enjoy the sheltered deck, equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ! The kids will love the large back garden, perfect for backyard games and activities, with a park and playground just down the road.

Three bedrooms and a family bathroom comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and this property is pet friendly so perfect for ALL the family to enjoy.
You’re also a short seven-minute walk away from the Karitane General Store to grab a morning coffee, or any supplies that you may need to top up on.
